get_liveness — per-domain endpoint liveness
Is this service actually up before you pay it? Per-domain liveness with 7-day success rate, latency p50/p95, sample counts, and last-probe time — including domains with no payment history at all. Captured nightly from an independent third-party probe feed; this is a daily series, not a probe taken when you call. For a check taken at query time, use verify_before_pay. `up` requires every probed endpoint on the domain to clear a 7-day success rate of 0.95.
